About Us
On-Call Locating Services was established in October 2023, following Andrew's return to Pennsylvania. Prior to this, he had been a Co-owner at Baseline Locating Services in Breckenridge, Colorado. The new venture marks a continuation of his experience in the industry, bringing his expertise back to his home state to serve the community!

Baseline Locating Services has successfully completed and maintained 811 One Call Contracts for The Town of Silverthorne and Copper Mountain Metropolitan District, as well as a wide range of projects supporting Engineering Companies, Land Surveyors, Municipalities, Ski Resorts, Land Development and a wide range of other industries.

Andrew is a United States Marine Corps veteran, who served as an infantryman with 1st Battalion 2nd Marines deploying twice, Afghanistan and as part of the BLT of the 24th MEU. His awards include Combat Action Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Navy Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, NATO Medal-ISAF, Letter of Commendation
